What does a BW Membership offer me?
The BW membership is more like a Small Business Toolkit designed to offer you resources to either help you start your business or help you identify where you business requires the most attention. With the package you are given files containing documents to help you get started on planning for the success of your small business. You will also receive a regular newsletter that is filled with motivating and useful information as well as updates on future events that will be helpful for the management of your business.
Does BW share my details with any third party?
No absolutely not. We have no garbage policy for the information that we send you and we ensure that your details are safe by using a customer management system like AWeber. This ensures that your information is safe and at anytime you can control your subscription by clicking the links at the bottom of the emails.
BusiWizard Ebooks
Are they EBooks or ECourses?
The three EBooks that we offer are written in EBook style, in other words they read like a book and are in a downloadable PDF format.
However they are designed to be more like a Course as they are interactive and fun. So in an essence they are both an EBook and a Course that you can complete online by clicking the links and implementing as you go along. As you read through the book, you choose which areas you require to help build your business and at the end of each chapter you use the resources and information that is provided to ensure that you are implementing the procedures. It is designed to be your small business handbook, a book that you can refer to time and time again when you require help in certain or all areas of your business.
Why are they so inexpensive?
When I first wrote the books, I was told by many industry professionals that they were well under priced. In fact by about $500.
However the sole aim of my business is to help small business owners that are cash restricted to be able to achieve their goals. Therefore the books were priced so that they could be affordable to anybody who required the help and was willing to put in the time to read the books and begin using the information.
Nobody else in the small business industry offers this type of relevant and useful information at this price. This is something that I am proud of and we enjoy the fact that many business owners now have access to vital information at a fraction of the price of our competitors.
How long will it take me to complete the book?
Depending on which ebook you are reading and at what stage you are at with your business, one month is ample time to work your way through the information and begin to implement the strategies if you set aside a few hours a week. It really depends on your situation and how committed you are.
We recommend that you first read through the book without taking action and mentally taking notes of what areas will require the most of your time. Click on all the links and absorb the information.
Then re-read the book and stop at the end of each chapter to implement what you have learnt. This way, your business will receive the most possible benefit from the course.
Is the information in the ebooks/online course recognised? Do I receive a certificate?
The course is not recognised (yet) by a government institution or study body. It may be in the future. Our ebooks however are supported by the Office of Fair Trading in Qld as an incentive to new Small Business Owners in Australia to seek guidance in succeeding in small business.
The aim of our information is to provide REAL business people with REAL information that can be applied immediately in a fun and interactive learning capacity that is straight forward and does not require lengthy home work and study. You simply read and implement. Many of the small business courses on the market are taught and supplied by institutions that have little real life business management experience. Therefore the theory behind what they are teaching is in fact just that, theory. Not to mention the fact that they are time consuming and expensive.
Our courses differ because the experience behind the strategies, trusted resources and relevant information comes from my own direct experience with running small businesses, starting small businesses, consulting to small businesses, struggling in small business and achieving true success in small business through careful research into what works and what doesn’t in the 21st Century of Small Business in Australia.
Therefore, you do not receive a certificate. (Our Belief: Certificates don’t mean squat when your business fails, Top Management Ability does matter if you wish to survive). What you do receive is vital information that you can use to fine tune your management practices, resources to help you succeed and cut costs and a mindset that will see you enjoy every step of your journey.
Are your products tax deductable?
Yes they are. Provided you are running a legitimate small business operation then the course or any of our services are a tax deduction.
I have received the ebook which includes a bunch of files, where do I start?
Please open the “Ultimate Guide to ‘Your Course’" PDF document first. Ignore all of the other files. You will be prompted to open these files as you move through the course. Begin at Page 1, Read the Introduction and get started.
Do you offer support with the EBooks?
Absolutely. You can call or email our office at anytime with any questions that you have. We minimise our support phone calls to an average of 10 minutes. If you require a longer period of time to discuss your business and the individuality of your situation and needs, then we can organise a coaching session with you immediately so that we can help guide you through the course in a more personalised manner.
Online Courses - Coming Soon
How does the Online Course Work?
We are considering offering T\the online course over 6 weeks one night per week. You will be provided with log in details upon payment and the course will take place in an online classroom. You will be able to see and hear the presenter and view the presenters computer screen as we show you live how to work your way through the course. Live recordings of each session will be made available to each member every week.
What do I need to attend the course?
You will need a computer and a fast internet connection. You will need a quite work area where you will not be interrupted throughout the classroom time. You will need to purchase the course for your own personal use outside classroom time and be willing to allow further time outside of the classroom to implement what we teach. For example the first section of the course is to construct a business plan; you must allow time to be able to work on your plan during that first week.
Do you offer support for the online course?
Yes. We offer general support throughout the course length. If you wish to have a coach work more intensely with your personal business situation and needs, then this can be arranged by calling the office at anytime on 1800 467 861.

How easy is the online website builder to use?
Very. We have trialed many website builders and software programs. This is the most advanced yet the simplest program we have found.
If you have a little PC experience, a little patience and a little creativity then this builder is for you.

Yes we can. We use one of the top web design programs in Australia (www.busiwebsitewiz.com.au) and once the site is complete you can learn to edit it yourself or we can offer an upkeep service. We offer a range of packages for web design to ensure your needs are met and that you have an option regardless of your budget.
Can you optimise my website and market my website?
